Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • • Unused item in original, unopened packaging
  • • All accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • • Within 30 days of delivery date
  • • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
  • • Items returned after 30 days
  • • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

Contact Customer Support

Email returns@camerassupply.com with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different product? We're happy to help with exchanges:

  • Defective item: Free exchange or full refund
  • Wrong item received: Free exchange with prepaid return label
  • Different model: Return the original and place a new order

Exchanges follow the same 30-day return policy.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and your order details
  • We'll send a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund
  • If the item is no longer available, you'll receive a complete refund including shipping
